2. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for placing orders, payment, delivery, complaints, withdrawal from the contract, and food safety for online orders placed via the website https://yogkuchnia.pl.
The customer is obligated to read and accept the Terms and Conditions before placing an order.
The products offered are freshly prepared dishes immediately after the order is placed.
3. Placing Orders
Orders can be placed online via the website at any time, subject to opening hours.
The customer is required to provide valid contact information to enable delivery.
Changes or modifications to the order can only be accepted before the food is prepared.
4. Payment Methods
The customer can use the following online payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (if available)
Online payments are processed through certified payment processors.
5. Payment Policy
Payment for the order must be made in full before it is processed if online payment is selected.
If cash on delivery is selected, the customer is required to have the exact amount ready.
Incorrect payment may result in a delay in order processing.
6. Delivery
Delivery is available within the zones specified on the website or through partner platforms (Wolt, Pyszne.pl, Glovo).
Delivery time depends on location, order size, and restaurant occupancy (approximately 30-60 minutes).
Delivery costs may vary depending on distance and selected platform.
Customers can also choose in-person pickup at Nowopijarska 2, 21-400 Łuków.
Yog Kebab & Curry is not responsible for delays caused by partner platforms or circumstances beyond the restaurant's control.
7. Complaints
Complaints regarding orders (e.g., incorrect items, missing components, quality issues) should be reported immediately after receiving the order to yogkebab@gmail.com.
Yog Kebab & Curry reviews each complaint individually and may offer a refund, partial refund, or the preparation of a new dish, depending on the situation. Due to the perishable nature of food, complaints submitted more than a few hours after delivery may not be accepted.
8. Withdrawal from the Contract
The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply due to the perishable nature of food (Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act).
The customer may only cancel the order before the food preparation begins. Cancellation is not possible after the order has been processed.
9. Personal Data Protection
Customer data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
The customer has the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their data.
10. Final Provisions
Yog Kuchnia Fusion reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
The version of the Terms and Conditions current at the time of order placement applies.
